Our Premier Gold level service is for the top to bottom refurbishment with many of the items replaced with brand new kit

Once you have selected your level of service and added any parts that you know need replacing
you’ll be asked to select one of our bespoke methods of working on your bike, this will be below the service level you have selected.

Arrange a bike pick up, we will call at a mutually agreed designated time and pick up your bike from an outside
area of your choice, wipe down with disinfectant and take away and do the service or repair.
Delivery back will be by the same method. Costs will be based on a mileage charge.
Arrange to drop off to us at a mutually agreed time, leave in a safe area,
we will disinfect the bike and carry out the required repair or service
At ALL Service levels we will NOT replace any additional parts or
carry out additional work without agreement from you
