These Terms and Conditions replace all previous issued by Oggies Bikes Limited.
We reserve the right to amend them at any time.
This does not affect the customers statutory rights.
These Terms and Conditions cover the supply by Webbline – UK of any product ordered by the customer.
By using our website you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Should you disagree with them, or any part of them, do not use this website.
Formation of Contract
All orders from the customer shall be treated by Oggies Bikes as an offer to purchase Service Levels and Extras as specified.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order without giving further details.
Placing an Order
Once Oggies has received the customers order and full payment we will proceed with the Service.
If there is any problem with your service we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the problem.
Our Products
All goods are presented and described as precisely as possible.
The customer must read the details of each item. It is the customers sole responsibility on the choice of their purchases.
Payment
Oggies Bikes requires full payment before we undertake any servicing. All amounts shall be paid in Pounds Sterling by – in the displayed methods paid direct to Oggies Bikes Limited or through Paypal, as shown on our website.
Delivery
All addresses must be given by the customer in accurate, precise and clear print.
Oggies Bikes will have proof of despatch to the address given by the customer.
Oggies Bikes will not accept responsibility for bikes lost by carrier because of incorrect or insufficient address. In the event of loss no refunds will be given.
The carrier will need a signature or proof to confirm successful delivery.
Please complete the prompted e-mail address and/or registration to enable us to inform you when the goods have been despatched.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation of an order Oggies Bikes will fully refund all money paid providing we have not undertaken the Service or purchased parts on your behalf.
Returns
When Oggies Bikes has verified the goods are undamaged and unused, we will issue the refund for the goods (Extras) only.
Please be sure to e-mail or telephone Oggies Bikes if goods are being returned by the customer. The contract is with the originating customer and no other.
Liability
Oggies Bikes Limited shall have no liability to the customer for any delay or failure caused by events outside our control.
Including but not limited to – fire, floods, strikes, lock-outs, or any natural disaster that interrupts transport, or any governmental authority or failure of public communications. Pandemics or Government interventions.
